A total of 35 technicians participated in a five-day Troubleshooter Clinic in Halifax, Nova Scotia, from Nov. 16-20.
The event was comprised of training by Airxcel, Atwood, Connecticut Electric, Girard products, Lippert Components, Norcold/Thetford and Suburban.
Instructors and technicians braved sub-zero temperatures along the Canadian Atlantic Coast, and the RV Dealers Association of Canada reported positive feedback for the event in its member newsletter.
The event, which his one of a handful of troubleshooter clinics available to Canadian technicians, and the only one available in Nova Scotia, was booked to capacity with a long wait list for hopeful attendees, signaling a “an appetite for more technician training in the region,” the report said.
