Early sales of exhibit space for the 2017 RV Dealers International Convention/Expo have outpaced the rapid booth sales of the past three years. With four months to go, fewer than 16 booths remain.
The convention/expo will take place Nov. 6 to 10 at Bally’s in Las Vegas.
Equipped with two large exhibit areas, the venue at Bally’s is particularly advantageous for RV manufacturers looking to showcase their lines. The open floorplan for vehicles is centrally located within the meeting space and immediately adjacent to the dealer lounge. Space for vehicles is limited. The floor plan, including the placement of food and beverage stations, is designed to move traffic throughout both expo halls.
“There are still plenty of prime spaces available on the floor,” said RVDA Marketing Manager Julie Newhouse, “but they are going fast. Many first-time exhibitors who tried the show last year are returning due to the high traffic they experienced at our expo.”
The expo opens with a reception from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7, and will span two halls filled with the leading manufacturers, suppliers and vendors in the RV industry. The expo will be open again on from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 8, and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9. Lunch will be served in the expo both days.
The 2017 theme is “Gear Up for Success” and the RVDA Convention/Expo Committee is working to provide an array of workshops and networking events that will help dealers build on an expanding market and interest in RVs and RV travel.
