Early bird registration for RVIA’s 2016 Annual Meeting taking place Feb. 29 to March 2 at the Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain in Tucson, Ariz., has been extended until Jan. 29.

Association members can save $50 each on their fees and for a spouse or guest if registered by the deadline.

RVIA’s Annual Meeting provides attendees the tremendous opportunity to discuss association activities, attend informative seminars and network with business colleagues.

The event schedule includes the arrival of executive committee and board members on Sunday, Feb. 28. On Monday, Feb. 29, will be the major day of arrival for Annual Meeting attendees and will also include the executive committee and board of directors meetings throughout the day as well as the welcome reception that evening.

Informative business-focused seminars and presentations on RVIA activities will take place throughout the day on Tuesday, March. 1.  Headlining the sessions will be:

“An Insider’s View of the 2016 Presidential Campaign” from Neil Newhouse. On the very day of the “SEC Presidential Primary,” when voters across the South will be voting, Newhouse will provide his assessment of the current national political environment, discuss voter attitudes toward the direction of the country, review the strengths and weaknesses of the various candidates running for President, speculate on what is likely to happen in the Fall campaign, and reflect on what it means for the country. Newhouse is a partner and co-founder of Public Opinion Strategies, a national political and public affairs research firm which has been described by the New York Times as “the leading Republican polling company” in the country. He has twice been named “Pollster of the Year” by the American Association of Political Consultants and was lead pollster for Gov. Mitt Romney’s 2012 Presidential campaign.

“The Big AHA: How to Future-Proof the RV Business Against Tomorrow’s Transformational Trends, Today!” from renowned futurist and best-selling author Jack Uldrich. This informative seminar will examine the ten trends transforming business today and identify concrete actions RV businesses can undertake immediately to future-proof themselves.

In addition, there will also be reports on association activities from RVIA Chairman Derald Bontrager, RVIA Treasurer Matt Miller and RVIA President Frank Hugelmeyer as well as a presentation on Go RVing activities. The day concludes with the Chairman’s Reception and Dinner in the evening.

Wednesday, March 2, is an open day with attendees able to play golf or tour the local area.

The Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain is a world-class resort that blends majestically into its Sonoran Desert and Tortolita Mountain setting. Guests can enjoy a vast array of luxurious amenities, including guest rooms and suites that offer views of nearby mountain ranges, the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf course, four restaurants and a destination spa, plus the added convenience of the city of Tucson less than 30 minutes away
