Grand Design RV has commenced construction on the expansion of their current lamination and PDI facilities.
The company began construction recently on the 62,000-square-foot expansion that would double the facility’s current size.
“This $3.6 million expansion centers exclusively on two very important areas for our company,” Grand Design President and CEO Don Clark said. “The expansion will enable our lamination operation to add much needed capacity to keep up with the ever-growing demand for Grand Design products.
Clark said the project will also benefit the company’s pre-delivery inspection and dual final finish inspections.
“Grand Design is the fastest growing RV builder in the industry, and we are going to keep our core commitments to our dealers which separate our company from the pack. One of these is our 100 percent PDI quality process,” Clark said.
