Alliance RV has announced that Ben Randall and Scott Wilson have joined the Alliance RV team. As industry veterans, they will lead production and quality initiatives to ensure Alliance RV product is being built to a higher standard.
Randall is a third-generation plant manager with 18 years of experience in the RV and MH industries. His past 10 years were with Keystone RV as plant manager for Fuzion Toy Haulers. Utilizing his strong leadership abilities, Randall was the person tasked to start up new plants and turn around poor performing plants.
Wilson brings more than 23 years of experience with RV manufacturing and quality initiatives. His track record includes leading the production and quality initiatives for Rockwood/Flagstaff, and, most recently, with Grand Design Reflection. For Alliance RV, Wilson is tasked with implementing quality initiatives, both on the production line and for Alliance’s “camp ready” performance audit process.
“Many RV manufacturers are marketing a ‘PDI’ process that inspects quality after a unit comes offline,” said Alliance Co-Founder Coley Brady. “Both Ben and Scott are quality focused leaders that believe higher quality is best achieved by setting higher standards on the line. They are developing a phenomenal production team that cares about what they are building and share the Alliance family values.”
“Our people are the foundation for what our company becomes,” said Ryan Brady, Alliance co-founder. “With the addition of these two industry all-stars, we are confident that our product will be built to a higher standard.”
