
Grand Design RV recently announced a program to its dealer network that will survey all new Grand Design owners about their overall satisfaction with Grand Design products and the dealer network.
The program sends each new owner a survey upon purchase, and then another six months later, asking questions and rating their overall satisfaction with their purchase.
“Our belief in striving for ‘Customers for Life’ isn’t just an idea, it is one of the major foundations of our company,” said Don Clark, president and CEO. “This new program gives us real data and customer feedback that can be used to measure how we are progressing to make that statement a continuous reality. We have been very successful with the RV Dealer Association’s Quality Circle and Trailer Life Reader’s Choice awards and this is another method to get real-time customer feedback. We can share all of this information with our production teams and dealer partners so that we can continue to create the absolute best RV camping experience.”
