Pacific Coachworks has added industry veteran James Rowland as the company’s production manager at its Nampa, Idaho, facility, according to a news release Monday (April 5).
According to the release, Rowland brings more than 20 years of production and management experience, having worked for other RV market leaders such as Forest River, where he played a key role in setting up manufacturing plants in Texas and Oregon.
He subsequently oversaw all aspects of the production line, daily operations, product development, employee relations, coding, and quality control.
Before Forest River, Rowland worked at Skyline RV where as production assistant he specifically oversaw electrical and shell departments.
“We couldn’t be more optimistic about our Idaho facility now that James has joined our team,” Pacific Coachworks Vice President Jeff Daily said. “In a very short time he has dramatically improved the workforce in the plant resulting in better quality and increased production levels all targeted at meeting or exceeding the demands of our customers.”
