After a debate about the use of public funds for infrastructure to create an industrial park that may house RV industry-related factories, the Goshen Redevelopment Commission voted Tuesday (Aug. 9) to support the project.
The Goshen News reports the commission authorized an agreement with MA Investments, Waterford Commons Business Park LLC and Waterford Development Corp. for the establishment of a $1.09 million Tax Increment Finance reimbursement agreement for the installation of infrastructure for the new 10-lot industrial subdivision.
