RV technicians will have an opportunity to take a written RV Dealers Association and RV Industry Association RV Service Technician Certification Test during the 2016 RV Dealers International Convention Expo in Las Vegas.
Both the Registered level and the Certification level tests will be offered at 1 p.m. Nov. 9, according to a news release from the RVDA.
No walk-ins will be accommodated. Technicians interested in testing must complete and submit a test application to RVDA by Oct. 19. Only current Registered level technicians and previously certified technicians are eligible to take the Certified technician test.

The industry’s technician certification program is administered by RVDA and RVIA under the auspices of the RV Service Technician Certification Governing Board. The program tests, certifies, and recertifies technicians.
