Suzanne Braden, founder of TexZen Tiny Home Co., announced today the completion of the company’s newest tiny home model. “This important milestone coincides with our holiday open house celebration and scheduled expansion into a new facility in early 2017,” Braden said.
Among other noteworthy achievements in 2016, certification from the RV Industry Vehicle Association (RVIA) has served to distinguish TexZen Tiny Home Co., within the market, as well as to expand financing options for buyers. TexZen Tiny Home Co. is one of only a select few RVIA Certified tiny home builders in the United States and Canada.
“The tiny home market is experiencing explosive growth nationwide and Central Texas is proving to be particularly receptive to the concept,” Braden said.
Tiny home RVs provide a wide range of options for both commercial and residential use—a highly flexible alternative to expanding existing living quarters, office, studio or retail space. As the tiny home trend gains traction, new types of communities and resort accommodations are emerging in the Central Texas area.
