EverGreen RVs overhauled its management team in the past 90 days, hoping to improve leadership and give the company product and service improvements ahead of the 2016 team, according to a news release.
EverGreen President Don Emahiser, who took over that position in August of this year, explained that the EverGreen, Lifestyle and Skyline teams have a new revitalized focus on continuous improvement on all fronts of the company.
"We have been very busy transforming the management and structure of our company over the past 90 days," said Emahiser. "We are methodically adjusting our leadership structure to enhance our performance with products, sales and customer service."
The company named Mike Scheetz, vice president of sales and marketing.
Scheetz will be responsible for all sales and marketing functions for all EverGreen divisions. During his short time as general manager for Skyline RV, after its purchase by Evergreen in late 2014, his team dramatically increased the return-on-investment levels for Skyline dealers to number one in the country, the company said in a news release.
Scheetz has 19 years of RV industry experience in positions from regional sales manager to vice president of motorized products to president and founder of his own entrepreneurial firm-Echo RV.
Steve Holland was named general manager of Skyline RV, and will oversee all operational, manufacturing and sales team functions for Skyline RV travel trailers and fifth wheels in Bristol, Ind.
The company named Sherry Roberts director of parts, warranty and service.

The company also debuted its Ready to Roll Pre-Delivery Inspection for its Lifestyle Division, hoping to remedy quality issues.
“Dealers and customers of all the Lifestyle Luxury RV fifth-wheel brands that now include Lifestyle, Bay Hill and Tesla products are benefiting from higher quality with the Ready to Roll program instituted in late August of this year,” according to the release.
Twenty-four quality control technicians comb over 200 Ready to Roll Retail PDI inspection points on the exterior and interior of the coach to test for, pinpoint and fix any flaw.
