Truma will showcase the decalcification tablets for its AquaGo hybrid, designed to simplify the process of removing deposits from the heating system, during the upcoming RV Industry Association National RV Show in Louisville, Ky., Nov. 29 to Dec. 1.
“It is exciting to see many manufacturers now installing the Truma aquaGo standard on their RVs. Truma delivers the highest quality products, service and support throughout the lifetime of each unit that we sell,” President and CEO of Truma Gerhard Hundsberger said.
Truma’s decalcification tablets were developed to extend the life of the Truma AquaGo and maintain its perfect performance.
“Minerals and other deposits, such as calcium, build up over time in all water heaters. Instant water heaters have narrow pipes throughout the heat exchanger which calcify and can disrupt the performance of the unit. However, the Truma decalcification tablets solve this problem and are specifically designed to keep the AquaGo functioning just like the day it was purchased,” Hundsberger said.
The decalcification process is simple and semi-automatic. The control panel indicates when decalcification is recommended, depending on the water hardness and the intensity of use. The tablets are inserted into the removable and reusable filter cartridge by opening the “Easy Drain Lever” and the AquaGo control panel guides the user through the decalcification process with LED signals.
The new Truma AquaGo decalcification tablets will be available through Truma’s Certified Dealer Partners and online at shop.truma.net in January 2017. Truma will demonstrate the decalcification process and highlight some additional enhancements at the 54th Annual National RV Trade Show in Louisville, Ky., from Nov. 29 to Dec. 1, 2016 at the Truma Booth 9 located in the South Wing-Hall 1.
