Texas-based multi-location dealership Fun Town RV announced that it has hired Keith Shaw as Human Resources Director.
Shaw is a 28-year veteran of Human Resources, primarily in the Aerospace industry.
“I began my career in the late 1980’s working in the shop as a mechanic at Raytheon, and worked my way up to Human Resources and then into management, “said Shaw. “I have a good understanding of the challenges from the employee’s perspective due to having worked at many different levels in a company.”
Shaw has a degree in Industrial Management from Newman University and will soon be completing his Master of Management and Leadership from Western Governors University.
“Keith will be tasked with finding the right people to staff our rapid expansion,” said Fun Town CEO Jarrod McGhee. “We have grown from 2 locations to 8 in the last 6 years, and will be opening 2 more within 6 months. Our greatest need is to find qualified managers, technicians, and sales staff who are excited about their jobs, and looking to grow with us as we open new stores in multiple locations across the country.”
Fun Town RV is the nation’s number one single location towable RV dealer for the last three years, according to Statistical Surveys Incorporated (SSI) that compiles industry data.
